Josh Casey is our resident Personal Trainer, with a certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness.A passion for fitness which originated from a strong sporting background in football, at a semi professional level.Josh conducts: One on one sessions, Boot Camps, Kids Bootcamps and sports specific training.

Dan is our newest recruit to Foodfix & Fitness as a PT. A cert III, IV and Diploma in Fitness, along with 5 years experience in the fitness industry. Dan specialises in rehabilitation exercise, weight loss, structural balance and strength ratio, olympic lifting and cross fit methodologies. Dan has a very firm approach that pushes you beyond your means in order to maximise results.
